We are Pip & Pippa, a small AI studio run by Abood. This page explains what data we receive from Instagram, why, and how we protect it.

What we receive

• Our own posts on @pip.and.pippa and their insights.
• When someone comments on our posts: the comment text, the username, the comment ID and its time — through Instagram's official API (Instagram API with Instagram Login).

We do not access your private messages, your posts, or any data from your account other than the comment you wrote on ours.

Why we use it

• To write a reply to your comment and post it under it.
• To keep the account safe: we filter spam, links and abuse, and limit the number of replies per person per day.

Who sees it

The comment text and username are sent to our AI service provider only to draft the reply; our software checks every reply before it is posted. We do not sell your data, use it for ads, or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep the IDs of comments we answered (so we never reply twice) and a short log of replies for at most 30 days, then delete them. Your comment itself stays on Instagram under your control; you can delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see or delete any data of yours we hold — see the data deletion page. We answer within 30 days.

Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13.
